Service Agreement for All DFW Area TV Mounting Customers

This Service Agreement applies to all customers in Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Lewisville, The Colony, Denton, Arlington, and all other DFW service areas.

By booking service, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Scope of Work

We install TVs, brackets, soundbars, wire-hiding systems, and related hardware according to industry standards.

2. Technician & Customer Safety

The customer must:

  • Provide a safe working environment
  • Keep pets/children away from tools
  • Allow access to mounting surface
  • Inform technician of wall materials or issues

3. Property Conditions

We are not responsible for:

  • Hidden studs, plumbing, wiring
  • Cracks in tile/stone due to hidden fractures
  • Damage caused by prior contractors
  • TV damage from falling if customer declines recommended mount

4. Materials

Customer-supplied hardware must be compatible and safe.
Technicians may refuse unsafe hardware.

5. Completion & Acceptance

Work is considered accepted once the technician completes installation and the customer confirms functionality.
