Refund / Cancellation Policy (2025)
We aim to make scheduling easy and fair.
1. Cancellations
- Free cancellation if you cancel 12+ hours before appointment.
- Cancellations less than 12 hours may incur a $25 schedule disruption fee.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule at no cost if done before the technician arrives.
3. Refunds
Refunds apply only when:
- Technician cancels the job
- Service cannot be performed due to structural issues
- Technician determines installation is unsafe or impossible
No refund is issued for:
Hidden wall conditions unknown to the technician
Customer-provided defective brackets
Incorrect TV sizes or mount types
