Refund / Cancellation Policy (2025)

We aim to make scheduling easy and fair.

1. Cancellations

  • Free cancellation if you cancel 12+ hours before appointment.
  • Cancellations less than 12 hours may incur a $25 schedule disruption fee.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule at no cost if done before the technician arrives.

3. Refunds

Refunds apply only when:

  • Technician cancels the job
  • Service cannot be performed due to structural issues
  • Technician determines installation is unsafe or impossible

No refund is issued for:

Hidden wall conditions unknown to the technician

Customer-provided defective brackets

Incorrect TV sizes or mount types
