Dallas TV Installation Terms of Service (2025 Edition)

These Dallas TV Installation Terms of Service apply to all services provided by DFWTVMount.com across the greater Dallas–Fort Worth region. By booking service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Provided
We offer:
- TV mounting (indoor & outdoor)
- Fireplace TV installation
- Soundbar installation
- Wire/cable management
- Commercial/office mounting
- Bracket installation (customer or technician provided)
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate wall type (drywall, tile, stone, brick, etc.)
- Ensure clear working area
- Disclose hidden utilities (water, gas, electrical) when known
- Verify that the wall can safely support installation
- Provide correct mount parts if using customer-supplied hardware
3. Safety & Liability
TV mounting carries normal construction risks.
We are not responsible for:
- Preexisting structural issues
- Electrical hazards behind walls
- Damage from improper customer-provided hardware
- Damage caused by previous installers
- Brick, stone, or tile cracking due to hidden weaknesses
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe installations.
4. Payments
Payments must be completed at the end of service using card, Zelle, or invoice payment. Commercial jobs may require deposit.
5. Warranty
We guarantee workmanship for 30 days.
Manufacturer defects in customer-provided brackets are not covered.
